Gosia Jones is a contemporary, self-taught artist based in the United Kingdom. She was born and raised in Poland, where she was exposed to art by her talented cousins, aunties, grandparents and parents. She started showing interest in drawing since very early age. Graphite pencil has been her favourite medium since then. In her teens she developed skills in using pastel pencils, coloured pencils and charcoal. A few years ago she started working with watercolours and acrylics, which she is still exploring. She likes using mixed media in her artwork, which gives her endless possibilities to create truly unique pieces. Seeing her draw one day, Gosia's husband encouraged her to open an art business. And this is how it all started...
